The link to your purchase may not be working for a couple of different reasons.
Most commonly, it's because your online access has expired.
- The access link for an ebook is active for 60 days from the date of your purchase.
- The access link for a program is active for 1 year from the date of your purchase.
The expiration date is for online access but you can download it to your own personal computer or device. This will allow you to access your purchase anytime without worrying about internet access and expiration dates.
Another possibility is that there is a billing issue. If you purchased a subscription or a program on a multi-pay plan, a payment may be past due.
